If you have received a product of inadequate quality - the packaging is opened, the product is damaged, does not match the order or the product is missing - please refuse to accept the parcel, draw up a report in free form, indicate the problem in the report, the full name and contact details of the courier (or similar information about the post office), the date of drawing up the report, the order number (or the tracking number of the parcel), attach a photo of the parcel (or a video of the opening), a copy of the payment document and send the report to us by e-mail (support@summus-navigator.com). We will consider your request for non-compliance or damage to the parcel and return the money within 5 days.
